Modifications of the Surland's Constitution

SInce few weeks, the Surland government is thinking to make some midifications of the Constitution to make it more simple.

Of course the rights and valors in Surland will not change, only the organisation of the Surland's institutions will evolve.

Even if the actual draft of the Constitution works pretty good, the government want to make it better.

The work will start soon and will be for a long time to not make any mistakes. the reorganisation of the politic power is very important to go futher for the Consulat of Surland.

The work on the constitution is going on ! on the actual Constitution's project has only on Parliament. the Council of Consuls decided to make easier the making-law process and faster.
