The Prince is the highest autority in Surland.

 

The Prince gives the general policy of the micronation and guaranty the Constitution of the Surland. The general policy is done according to the Constitution of Surland and the will of Surland's population.

The Prince is in charge of diplomatic relationships with other micronations.
